The Owners:
Elam Stoltzfoos is the managing partner of
Heartland Designs and also manages the
operations of the Cabinet Shop. Stoltzfoos
was one of the original founders of the
company and has more than thirty years of
experience in woodworking. Elam and his
wife Loretta, along with their four sons
reside in Kalona, Iowa.

the company. He currently serves as the Director of
Sales and manages the job quoting department.
Beachy, whose father was a home builder for many
years, brings a lifetime of carpentry and business skills
to the company. Gabriel and his wife Sheila, along with
their five children reside in Wellman, Iowa.
Jim Schrock joined the company in 1998 and now serves
as the Director of Marketing. Schrock has more than
ten years of field experience as a cabinet installer
and woodworker. His skills in designing cabinetry,
coupled with his knowledge of cabinet installation
serves the customer well in kitchen designing.
Jim and his wife Marilyn are the parents of five
children and reside in Kalona, Iowa.
